This Agreement applies to Kingdom Cryptonomics 1-to-1 educational coaching sessions, whether purchased individually or as part of a coaching package.

By purchasing and participating in a session, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following.

1. Educational purpose

Kingdom Cryptonomics provides educational and technical coaching about cryptocurrency and digital assets.

Sessions may cover subjects including:

• wallet and exchange mechanics;
• platform navigation;
• digital-asset security;
• understanding order types;
• chart-reading and technical-analysis concepts; and
• general educational frameworks for researching and assessing digital assets.

The session does not provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

The coach will not tell me which digital asset to buy, sell or hold; how much money to invest; when to enter or exit a trade; what position size to take; or what financial return I should expect.

Any digital assets, charts, market information, demonstrations or examples discussed during a session are provided for educational purposes and are not recommendations, financial advice or predictions of future performance.

2. My decisions are my own

I understand that I remain responsible for deciding whether to acquire, hold, sell or otherwise transact in any digital asset.

I will conduct my own research and, where appropriate, seek independent advice from an appropriately qualified and authorised financial, legal or tax professional.

3. I remain in control of my accounts

Where screen-sharing is used, I will remain in control of my own device and accounts at all times.

The coach will not log into my account, take control of my device, place an order, execute a transaction, transfer digital assets or confirm a transaction on my behalf.

I will click and confirm any actions myself.

4. Security and confidential information

I will never disclose my seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, password or authentication code to the coach or Kingdom Cryptonomics.

I understand that screen-sharing and any recording should be paused or stopped before I enter passwords, two-factor authentication codes or other sensitive security information.

Kingdom Cryptonomics will never ask me to disclose a seed phrase or private key.

5. Cryptoasset risk

I understand that cryptoassets can be highly volatile and that I may lose some or all of the money I choose to invest.

I understand that regulatory protections relating to cryptoassets may be limited and may differ according to the particular asset, product, service or activity involved.

I will not invest money that I cannot afford to lose.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Educational information, technical analysis, historical market information and examples discussed during coaching do not guarantee future results.

Kingdom Cryptonomics does not guarantee that I will make a profit, avoid a loss or achieve any particular financial outcome as a result of participating in a session.

Past performance, historical price movements and previous market behaviour should not be treated as guarantees of future performance.

7. Limitation of responsibility

I remain responsible for my own investment and financial decisions.

Kingdom Cryptonomics does not accept responsibility for investment losses resulting from decisions I make independently, changes in the value of digital assets, or the acts or failures of third-party platforms and services outside Kingdom Cryptonomics' reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Third-party services

Exchanges, wallets, blockchain networks and other third-party services are operated independently of Kingdom Cryptonomics.

Kingdom Cryptonomics does not control the availability, security, operation or performance of those third-party services.

I understand that my use of a third-party platform remains subject to that provider's own terms, conditions and policies.

9. Age

I confirm that I am aged 18 or over.

10. Optional session recordings

At the client's request, or where the coach and the client agree that it would support the client's learning, a coaching session may be recorded. Recording is optional and will only begin after the client has expressly agreed.

Where a session is recorded through Kajabi, the recording will be stored within the client's private Kingdom Cryptonomics learning/coaching portal for their personal learning and reference. It will not be made available to other members or used for marketing, publication or any unrelated purpose without separate consent.

Recording and screen-sharing will be paused before passwords, two-factor authentication codes, seed or recovery phrases, private keys or other sensitive security information are entered or displayed.

Recordings will be retained in accordance with the Kingdom Cryptonomics Privacy Notice and deleted when they are no longer required for this purpose. Clients may withdraw their recording consent or request deletion of a recording by contacting Kingdom Cryptonomics.

Recording consent will be collected separately for each session and is not a condition of purchasing or participating in coaching.
